Congratulation on your comment. I totally agree with you. People need to be mature for democracy, you can not only give it to them. They need to be educated in a lot of subjects in order to be ready to handle it. But responsible not selfish dictatorians are rare as well. I,too, find monetarian development aid rather contraproductive. It only helps those in the government. Please take care and do not try to be a hero. It's not worth in this stupid world of cruel men regime. Love Anne
